Clay Mortgages & Insurance - Michele Davidson

Making mortgages make sense, without the jargon or the BS.

I’m Michele, a Mortgage Adviser based in Papamoa Beach, helping clients make sense of mortgages and lending without the unnecessary jargon or overwhelm.

Whether you’re buying your first home, moving into your next one, refinancing, investing, or simply wondering whether your current mortgage is still working for you, I’m here to make the process easier.

With more than 11 years working in finance, I understand numbers, lending and the fine print. But I also understand that every client is different. Your mortgage should fit your life, your goals and your plans – not the other way around.

I’ll do the research, compare the options, talk to the banks and explain everything in plain English. You’ll get straight-up advice, real conversations and honest guidance, rather than a sales pitch.

From first home buyers figuring out where to start to homeowners planning their next move, Clay Mortgages & Insurance is here to help you make confident decisions with your money.

If you're looking for a mortgage adviser in Papamoa or Papamoa Beach, Michele can help you understand your options, navigate the lending process and find a mortgage solution suited to your individual circumstances.

Straight-up advice. Real conversations. No unnecessary jargon.

Mortgages can be complicated. Getting advice doesn’t have to be.
