Back Up Crew | Home Support & Cleaning

We're not just cleaners. We're your village.

Back Up Crew (B.U.C) is a local home support business built on a simple idea: real people showing up for real households with genuine care and consistency.

Founded by local mum Sarah Morgan, Back Up Crew was born from lived experience — understanding how overwhelming it can feel to keep a household running when life gets heavy, and wishing someone would simply show up to help. The goal is to be that backup, easing the mental load and helping make everyday home life more manageable.

Back Up Crew offers more than a weekly clean. Every session is tailored to what your household actually needs, whether that's resetting a busy living space, getting on top of laundry, organising cupboards, preparing meals or taking care of those little jobs that keep being pushed aside.

With more than 20 years of customer service experience, Sarah understands the importance of doing the job to a high standard while caring for the people involved. Every crew member is vetted, insured and personally selected by Sarah for their care and attention.

Back Up Crew uses natural products described as safe for pets and families, helping provide a considered approach to home support.

Whether you're juggling family life, managing a busy schedule or simply need an extra pair of hands in Pāpāmoa, Mount Maunganui or Tauranga, Back Up Crew is here to help lighten the load — with practical support, consistency and genuine care.
