At just 25, Bodie Mechell has established himself as a reliable and dedicated real estate professional, known for his approachable nature and commitment to exceeding client expectations.

Inspired by his family's strong connections to real estate, Bodie was drawn to the industry's fast-paced environment and the opportunity to help people achieve their property goals. He tackles challenges with determination, a practical mindset and a focus on finding solutions.

Bodie's background in rugby has helped shape the team spirit, discipline and competitive drive he brings to his work. He played throughout his school years at St Peter's School and progressed through the Waikato Under 20s and Waikato Development Academy. He also contributed to Hautapu Premier Men's back-to-back Waikato Breweries Shield victories in 2019 and 2020.

Now part of Bayleys Mount Maunganui, Bodie remains actively involved in the local community through his support of and participation with the Mount Maunganui Rugby Club.

Away from real estate and rugby, Bodie enjoys a round of golf and connecting with people. Friendly, energetic and easy to approach, he brings genuine enthusiasm to building relationships and supporting clients through their property journey.
