Let's get you home.

Originally from Christchurch, Anna-Marie Barrett has proudly called Tauranga home for the past decade. With a genuine passion for the Bay of Plenty lifestyle and its welcoming communities, she brings local enthusiasm, empathy and a people-first approach to real estate.

Before entering real estate, Anna-Marie developed valuable experience across communications, youth work and sales. These varied roles strengthened her negotiation skills, communication and ability to listen carefully, understand people's needs and build meaningful relationships.

As a proud recipient of the EVES Scholarship, Anna-Marie was recognised for her natural ability to connect with people and her drive to bring energy, care and professionalism to every listing and client relationship.

Now based in Mount Maunganui with her fiancé and two young stepchildren, Anna-Marie understands that a home is more than a property — it's where families build their lives and make memories. Her approachable nature, attention to detail and strong work ethic underpin her commitment to supporting clients throughout their property journey.

Specialising in Papamoa, Mount Maunganui, Omanu, Arataki and Bayfair, Anna-Marie is dedicated to helping buyers and sellers navigate the property market with personalised service, thoughtful advice and a genuine commitment to their goals.
